Us Northumbrians must love our sheep as there are a canny few hills named Ewe Hill up here. This one is just south of Brough Law in Ingram, not to be confused with the Ewe Hill that is a few kilometres north on the other side of the road.

This Ewe Hill has a few cairns at its north and south end with the southern end being the highest peak of the hill.

Best place to park is at Bulby's Wood which also has the best toilets in the national park! Then go up to Turf Knowe before heading up to Ewe Hill. Just over 3km and 206m up.

Follow the route above or find it on OS Maps.
